By using this website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

Nature of services

Nouveau Connexion provides peer support, mentorship, workshops, and educational content. Services are not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or crisis intervention. See the Disclaimer page for crisis resources.

Eligibility

Adult services are for people 18+. Youth programs require guardian consent.

Payments

Session fees are due before or at the time of booking. Fees are listed on the Book a Session page and may change with notice.

Cancellation & refunds

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a paid session. Refunds are handled case by case. Workshops are complimentary and non-refundable.

Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to end a session or program at our sole discretion if conduct threatens safety or the well-being of others.

Intellectual property

All site content, workbooks, and course materials are owned by Nouveau Connexion and provided for personal use only. Do not reproduce or resell without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nouveau Connexion and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Nouveau Connexion operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
